WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Firstly, please contact us to make sure your preferred date and location are free.
(we will meet you at the Sunshine Coast PCYC carpark and walk guests down).
Please note there are no toilets, tables, water or shelter on site, though all are available at the PCYC, approximately 200m walk.
This is the only site we do raft building at.
Pt Cartwright Rockpools
La Balsa Park
We meet at La Balsa Park and walk you to the Rock Pools. There are bins and toilets approximately 100m away; the closest shelter and tables are at La Balsa Park. No drinking water.
This is the only site we do rock pool tours at.
Maroochy Botanic Gardens
51 Palm Creek Road
Toilets, water and shelters all available. This site can be used as a back up site for wet/windy days.
We generally run our parties in the children's gardens (Whipbird Walk). Park at the first carpark as you enter (you should see a dam in front of you) and head to the signs on your left. Follow the path over the bridge (you'll see loos on your left), head right and walk over the grass towards the stone circle and you'll see the path to the Whipbird walk through the trees. We will be set up next to the shelter.
WHAT CAN I BRING ON SITE?
You may BYO food, drinks, tables, chairs and party decorations to all sites. It is a bit of a walk to all sites from the carpark, so if you have a bit of gear, we suggest bringing a pram, cart etc to put it all in.
We generally run all our activities from a big round mat on the ground.
Once we have confirmed your date is available, we will send you an invoice for the minimum amount of $320 (10 children). This needs to be paid before we will confirm your booking. On the day, we will do a head count and invoice you for any extra children over the original booking amount.
Please contact us if you have any other questions!
